Consumer Rights – Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation & Return Terms
(In accordance with Turkish Law – Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection)
1. General Terms
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you electronically.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale, delivery, and return of products.
Order Cancellation: Upon the buyer’s request, the refund process is initiated within 7 business days.
Product Return: Once the product reaches the seller, the return process is initiated within 7 business days.
2. Refund Conditions Based on Payment Method
2.1 Payment by Credit Card
- If the product was purchased in installments, the refund will be made by the bank in the same number of installments. The seller or manufacturer is not responsible for the bank’s procedures.
- Even if the seller issues the refund in a lump sum, the bank processes the return in installments. Refunds will appear on your statement on a monthly basis and be deducted from existing debts.
- Refunds must be made to the same credit card used for the original payment. No cash refund can be issued by the seller.
2.2 Bank Transfer / EFT
- The refund will be made to the bank account specified by the buyer.
2.3 Gift Voucher / Coupon Payments
- No cash refund is made for orders placed with gift vouchers. The refund is issued as a new voucher with the same value.
3. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Exchanges
- For standard products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. This period starts from the delivery date; however, withdrawal may also be made from the moment the contract is concluded.
- If your order includes multiple items or partial deliveries, the withdrawal period starts from the latest delivered item. For repeat deliveries, the date of the first delivery applies.
- You may initiate a return request via our customer service at +90 (531) 348 84 16, or through the “My Orders” section of our website.
- Products must be returned disassembled (if applicable), undamaged, with the original invoice, shipping report, and completed withdrawal form. Otherwise, returns may not be accepted.
- If you choose to return products via a courier company other than our contracted partner, all shipping costs will be borne by you. If sent with “cash on delivery,” that fee will be deducted from your refund.
- No returns are accepted after the 14-day withdrawal period for standard products.
- Customized products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
- For returns of personalized products, a 30% deduction may be applied. The 14-day return period still applies.
- If the returned product is damaged due to the buyer’s misuse or negligence, or if the product cannot be resold, the buyer shall be held liable for the loss in value.
- For bulky products delivered via logistics teams, returns must be collected by the same logistics provider. For items delivered via standard courier, the return must be arranged by the buyer.
4. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal
You may not exercise the right of withdrawal for:
- Products with prices dependent on market fluctuations (e.g., custom or imported items),
- Items made to order or clearly customized to buyer’s preferences,
- Personal care and hygiene products,
- Goods that, due to their nature, cannot be separated from other products,
- Services where performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period with the buyer’s consent,
- Products damaged by improper use or storage by the buyer.
Additionally, the buyer is responsible for any deterioration or modification resulting from failure to comply with usage instructions.
5. Personal Data Protection & Privacy Policy
- In compliance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), personal data such as name, surname, email, ID number, address, demographics, and financial data may be processed, stored, updated, and shared for purposes including order fulfillment, payment, and marketing.
- These operations are carried out in accordance with the platform’s privacy, security, electronic communication, and KVKK policies.
- Users always have the right to stop, update, delete, or correct their communication preferences or data. Any changes made are effective as soon as they are published on the website.
